Maximizing Your Space For Sleepovers

In recent years, we have seen a lot of downsizing from larger homes to smaller more efficient homes. Baby Boomers who were once super sizing everything are now entering a new era. We've had more and more requests for bunk rooms to accommodate growing families. Here are some fun ideas for maximizing your space to house more.  

In this room, we used a blue and white nautical theme with workable antique brass port holes in between the bunks. Each bunk was equipped with a reading light, an iPhone charger station, maps of where the family had traveled wallpapered on the ceilings and white washed shiplap on the walls. With storage drawers below and custom blackout treatments, it sets the tone for a fun weekend sleepover.
